If you want to relax and don't know how, try it this way:
Go to a botanical garden, e.x. in Gütersloh, and give your eyes a deep view into nature using your macro equipment. Once you back home, watch your pictures on your PC. You will be surprised how beauiful life is. Enjoy my favourite flowers.
